New Year's Eve 2026: Pirates Caribbean

1. Leonardia: The park features about a hundred games. There are both single and multiplayer games. Simple rules mean even the youngest will have no trouble mastering them, and the competition and outdoor activity bring back spending time with family and friends away from the virtual world. No plastic or repeated molds here. Each game is uniquely handcrafted and one of a kind.

2. Sliding Bridge: The drawbridge was replaced by a sliding bridge. It is the only sliding bridge in Poland, so it’s worth dedicating some holiday time to see it.

3. Lighthouse: The lighthouse tower is 22 meters high, topped with a modern mechanism that guides ships. Built in the 19th century alongside the pilots' station, the original tower was much lower. Only later renovations transformed it into a full lighthouse. Today, visitors can admire its 1927 condition, the date of its last renovation.

4. Media and Art Festival: So far, festival guests in Darłowo have included: Anna Seniuk, Wojciech Pszoniak, Krystyna Janda, Krzysztof Kowalewski, Danuta Stenka, Stanisław Tym, Robert Więckiewicz, Marian Dziędziel, Jan Nowicki, Marian Opania, Michał Ogórek, Marcin Meller, Prof. Jerzy Bralczyk, and others. For tourists, it’s a rare chance to approach film and TV celebrities, chat, and take souvenir photos.

5. Military Gathering: Enthusiasts and owners of various military equipment—motorcycles, trucks, armored personnel carriers, amphibians, even tanks—gather for the event. It takes place in Darłówko East on the so-called "patelnia" (on the town’s eastern edge near the beach). Entry is free for visitors, though additional attractions (e.g., rides) cost extra. This is an international event and one of the largest of its kind in Poland.

6. Market Square, Fisherman's Monument: The Market Square's Fisherman's Monument, built in 1919, honors seafarers. It is a fountain designed by Wilhelm Gross and funded by the Heptenmacher family. The town hall on the square’s west features late Baroque and Classicist styles, with an elongated rectangular plan, partial basement, one story, and an asymmetrical four-sloped mansard roof.

7. Castle: Originally a Gothic castle, it was successively expanded by its owners. The first castle was a square plan with a 23-meter-high defensive tower. Later owners expanded east and west, adding wings that served both defensive purposes and extended the living space of the growing ducal estate.
